Travel Insurance Exclusively for RICS Members

Three Levels of Cover and One Great Service.

Three levels of cover options available being our Gold, Standard and Essential plans, each of which is summarised briefly below. Whichever plan you choose you still get the benefit of the same security of insurer and high level of service in the event of a claim, an emergency or if you need to refer a pre-existing medical condition.

Customer Helpline.

If you have a policy query not answered on the web site you can call our customer helpline Telephone 020 7481 2399 or e-mail us with your query. You can purchase this insurance by telephone but please note that an additional administration fee of £9 per policy issued will be charged.

Business and Leisure Travel as Standard, Single Trip and Annual Options.

Whichever option you choose the plan always covers you for leisure and business travel, and you can choose to buy on a single trip basis or buy a great value annual "multi-trip" policy that covers any number of trips in a year up to a maximum duration of 31 days in any one trip (no limit to the number of trips).

Single Traveller, Couple or Family Options and Age Ranges.

Choose to buy as a single member, a couple or as a family. A family is defined as 2 adults under 65 years and up to 4 dependent children under 18 years or if in full time education up to 22 years. The maximum age for annual multi-trip policies is 65, on single trip the maximum age is 75 at the inception date of the policy.

Activities and Sports

All our annual multi-trip plans include up to 17 days winter sports (ski, snowboard and more) and a range of other activity covers as standard. Geographical Areas

On single trip insurance you can choose options for 3 areas being Europe only, Worldwide not including the USA, Canada and certain Caribbean countries and Worldwide all countries. Our annual plans are available as Europe only or Worldwide all countries. Travel to a country, specific area or event which the Foreign and Commonwealth Office or the World Health Organisation has advised against all travel or all but essential travel will not be covered.

UK, E.U. and Worldwide Residents Included.

All our insurance options are available to RICS members resident in any European Union country (including the United kingdom). If you are a member resident outside of the E.U. you can still purchase a policy but will always be charged at a worldwide rate even if planning to travel to Europe only.

Limits, Exclusions and Pre_Existing Medical Conditions

Like all insurances our policies carry inner limits, conditions and exclusions and you should refer to the key facts documents and policy wordings prior to purchasing this insurance. Group and Business Company Policies

Expatriate Health Insurance

If you are a RICS member resident in a country outside the United Kingdom which is not your permanent country of residence and of which you are not a national (or are planning to do so) and need health insurance contact us for a great value expatriate health insurance offer. We can not offer any health insurance cover to persons who are nationals of the country in which they reside or who have taken up permanent residence in another country with no long term intention to return, this plan is designed for persons on a long term (year or more) secondment overseas who plan to eventually return home.
